Independent news and analysis on technology, artificial intelligence and gaming, written for readers everywhere.

TechMonka is a digital news publication covering the technology that shapes everyday life. We report on the latest developments in tech, artificial intelligence, video games and the wider gaming industry, and explain what they mean for the people who use them.

We launched in October 2026 with a simple aim: to make tech news clear, accurate and worth your time. You don’t need to be an engineer or a hardcore gamer to read TechMonka. If something matters, we’ll tell you why in plain language.

What we cover

Tech news. Phones, laptops, apps, social media, cybersecurity and the companies behind them.

Artificial intelligence. New models and tools, how AI is changing work and education, and the safety and ethical questions that come with it.

Gaming. New releases, reviews, consoles and PC hardware, esports, and the business of the games industry.

Guides and explainers. Practical advice that helps readers understand new technology and make better decisions about it.

Our mission

Technology moves fast, and much of what is written about it is either hype or jargon. Our mission is to cut through both. We want every TechMonka reader to come away better informed than before, whether they are choosing a new phone, wondering what AI means for their career, or simply keeping up with the games they love.

Our editorial standards

Trust is the most important thing we have, and we work hard to earn it. Every story we publish follows these principles.

Accuracy. We check facts before we publish. Where possible, we go to original sources such as official announcements, research papers, court filings and on-the-record interviews, and we link to them so readers can check for themselves.

Clear sourcing. We tell readers where information comes from. When we rely on another outlet’s reporting, we credit and link to it.

Fairness. When a story makes claims about a person or company, we aim to give them the chance to respond before publication.

News and opinion kept separate. News reports stick to the facts. Reviews, analysis and opinion pieces are clearly labelled as such.

Corrections. When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and say so. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the article with the date of the change. To report an error, email [corrections email].

Use of AI. Our journalists may use AI tools for research or transcription. Every article is written or reviewed, fact-checked and approved by a member of our editorial team before publication.

You can read our full standards in our Editorial Policy.

Our independence

TechMonka is editorially independent. Our coverage is decided by our editors and is not influenced by the companies we write about.

We do not currently carry advertising or sponsored content. If that changes, any paid or sponsored content will always be clearly labelled, and advertisers will never have a say in our news coverage or review verdicts.

When a company lends or gives us a product to review, or pays for travel to an event, we will say so in the article.
